When lighting your Photo Candle for the first time, let the wax pool
reach no less than 1/4" from the candle’s edge, extinguish the flame
and allow the candle to harden before relighting. This will prevent
leaking by building a strong shell around the Photo Candle's
perimeter. Do not burn your Photo Candle for more than 3-4 hours.
As you continue using your Photo Candle you will notice that it
burns down through the center and the shell of the candle stays
intact. The flame will be behind the image and will create, what we
at Goody Candles call, “The Glow” from within. When you see your
image glowing you will completely understand what we mean when we
say, “Light Up Your Life.”
