your personalized, custom Photo Candle gifts arrive in time for your occasion. For your
planning purposes, it takes us 5 business days to process your order
and manufacture your personalized, custom Photo Candles. Your
personalized, custom Photo Candles are shipped
from our facility the next business day after your order is
completed, excluding holidays. When Goody Candles ships your order
you will receive an email receipt with a shipment tracking number so you know when
your personalized, custom Photo Candles will arrive. Refer to the chart below to make

and Hawaii). FREE to the continental U.S. when you

2-day shipping
Delivery occurs in 2 business days.
Overnight shipping
Delivery occurs on the next business day.
International Shipping
Depending on the destination, you will have different delivery
options available to you.
You are considered to be the importer when you order from Goody
Candles. You therefore must comply with all laws and
regulations of the country in which you are receiving the candles. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms for all international packages will list the value
of your order's contents.
Return Policy
Goody Candles always stands behind our products 100%. We are
Customers too and understand how you want to be treated. If you are
not satisfied with your Photo Candle gifts, please contact us within
30 days of receipt at
customerservice@goodycandles.com so we can work with you until
you are satisfied. Do not send the product back without notifying us
first. If you need to return your Photo Candles for any reason please
ship them to:

Goody Candles will not be responsible for the following situations
that are beyond our control:
Errors in spelling, punctuation, or accuracy in the text
entered by the customer. We therefore ask you to enter any custom
text carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your
order. Goody Candles does not and will not proofread for any such
mistakes or correct them.
Errors in user-customizable features, such as formatting,
border selection, font, size and color. We do not enhance your
photo. We recommend editing your photos (red-eye removal, color
correction, etc.) before uploading them to our website.
Poor quality of the photo, artwork or other digital image,
resulting from the use of low-resolution or poor quality images
(i.e. out of focus, red-eye, etc.). We will warn you if you try to
upload a low-resolution image. Furthermore, we will not let you
upload an image that does not meet our specifications of a
high-quality image. For assistance with creating high quality, uploadable images, please contact us at
customerservice@goodycandles.com.
Any damage with the packaging of the candle. We take every
precaution to make sure our products are packed safely and
securely.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect all taxes based on where your
order is being delivered. When you review your order total during
the checkout process it will reflect the applicable state and
local taxes. Sales tax is collected on all shipments or deliveries
within the state of Connecticut.
